At SnapTopis, we are dedicated to delivering your fresh fruits quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. This Delivery Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to the following:

  • 🏙️ Kampala City and surrounding areas

  • 📦 Selected towns and regions across Uganda

  • 🌍 Nationwide delivery available through partner couriers (charges may apply)

If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact our team before placing an order.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • 🕒 Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12:00 PM in Kampala.

  • 📆 Orders placed after 12:00 PM are delivered the next business day.

  • 🗓️ Regional orders may take 1–3 business days, depending on distance and courier service.

Note: Delivery timelines may vary during weekends, holidays, or peak seasons.

3. Delivery Fees

  • 🚚 Free delivery within Kampala for orders over UGX 50,000

  • 🧾 Orders below the threshold may incur a small fee (displayed at checkout)

  • 📦 Delivery charges for regional/national shipping are calculated based on distance and weight

4. Receiving Your Order

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the provided address.

  • We may contact you via phone for delivery confirmation.

  • If you miss your delivery, we will attempt to redeliver or contact you to reschedule.

5. Handling Perishable Goods

  • All fruits are handled with care and packaged to maintain freshness during transport.

  • We recommend refrigerating perishable items immediately upon delivery.

  • SnapTopis is not liable for spoilage due to unattended deliveries or incorrect addresses.

6. Delays and Exceptions

While we strive for timely deliveries, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions ☔

  • Traffic or logistical issues 🚧

  • Public holidays or unforeseen circumstances ⏳

We will always notify you if a delay occurs and offer alternative solutions where possible.
